Frequently asked questions

What are channels and focus areas?
Focus areas are services, tactics and channels at the same time. As the fields within digital marketing can be so broad, I call them focus areas to simplify things. Examples for them can be Account-Based-Marketing, Thought leadership and others.
What if I need multiple services or want to change?
Don’t worry. You can choose any services you would like to. Either you choose a plan that enables me to work with you on multiple focus areas simultaneously or you switch once after the other. The goal is to give services as much focus as possible to maximize the outcomes.
How many hours are included?
Unlimited, that is the entire key. While you get charged for hours at other consultants or agencies, you have to worry about not exceeding the agreed hours or dare to contact them because they might charge you an hour for a crafted email. When you partner with me, you get a fixed price every month without having to worry about any hours. Drop me a note if you want to know more.
When would I purchase additional hours?
Let’s say you go with the smallest plan and want to focus on one specific area - like Account-Based-Marketing. You feel happy, but after some time you also have a defined technical SEO project, which wouldn’t justify upgrading to a larger monthly plan. This is when you would add up with one-time packages to get the project done. Fair and simple, that's how we are.
